We start our Palma tour in the heart of the ‘ Palma Old City’, the Gothic Quarter, which dates back to the Roman times. Why not local Cava with oysters? .In the El Olivar  food & fish  market  is the right place for this. Over time the fresh-produce stall holders have retained their original signature and today habits like this have been promoted with a lot of success.
